Get messages for a ticket.
Returns up to 100 messages in reverse chronological order.
(Cursor-based pagination may be added in the future).

The UUID of the ticket to get messages for.

Defaults to Ticket

The scope of the messages to get:

  • "Ticket" gets messages for the ticket.
  • "Channel" gets all messages for the channel of the ticket. This includes messages from other tickets and messages sent as campaigns. Please note that campaign message synchronization is in preview and have to be explicitly enabled for the organisation. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested in helping us test this feature.
